We’re a small, close-knit team who genuinely love this industry — our client-facing team have all worked in the arts, film or charity world, so we speak your language, and we’re every bit as warm as we are rigorous.
Jodie Cramphorn
Founding Director
Jodie started greenroom in 2016 on a simple hunch: that brilliant creative organisations deserve finance people who actually get them. Twenty-five years in theatre and TV finance, AAT-qualified, unflappable in a crisis, and very good at making numbers make sense.
Her path runs through the BBC, ITV, ITN, UKTV and FremantleMedia, commercial theatre with Bill Kenwright, ticketing technology at Ingresso, theatre accounting at Nyman Libson Paul, and building the Donmar Warehouse’s finance department from scratch — where she cut running costs by more than a third. She’s also a trustee of the Kent Archaeological Society, and happiest anywhere a good story is being told.
Frankie George
Associate Director
Frankie became Jodie’s business partner in 2026 — but she was a greenroom client first, so she knows exactly what great support feels like from the other side of the table. Warm, sharp and fluent in BSL, she leads on strategy, fundraising, tax relief and governance.
She spent years as Executive Director of Deafinitely Theatre, the UK’s leading Deaf-led company, and it’s at the Donmar Warehouse that she and Jodie first met. Alongside the subsidised sector she brings extensive commercial theatre experience — with MGC (the Michael Grandage Company) and Flying Music — as well as leadership, fundraising, HR and production. MA in Drama from the University of Kent, BSL Levels 1–3, a genuine champion of access and inclusion, and mum to two girls.
Yeliz Akpinar
Finance & Client Services Manager
Yeliz joined three years ago and almost instantly became the person none of us can do without — diligent, detail-loving and endlessly caring. She keeps clients’ work running like clockwork, and does it with a smile.
Sixteen-plus years across finance, operations and community leadership, from complex budgets to CRM systems and grant funding. She led database systems, financial reporting and grant admin at Newlon Fusion, and got her start in arts management touring internationally with 476 Players. Honestly — greenroom wouldn’t be greenroom without her.
Adam Lofthouse
Payroll Administrator
Adam brings 20 years of retail management — much of it running Lidl and Tesco stores — to the not-so-small art of getting everyone paid correctly and on time. Precise, calm under pressure, and a lovely person to have in your corner.
Running big stores means real fluency with large teams, recruitment, rotas, wage budgets and compliance — he spent years hiring and building teams, exactly the skills production payroll demands across its varied contracts. He works part-time alongside Jodie, and is also a published author of Roman historical fiction (which we think is rather brilliant).
Natalie Everson
Personal Assistant
Natalie is the calm, organised heart of the operation — a PA with 30 years of keeping busy people and teams on track. Discreet, dependable, and the reason nothing ever slips through the cracks.
Her experience runs from a family electrical business to the trading floor at Deutsche Bank and a legal secretary role at Linklaters & Paines. She brings all of that unflappable order to keeping greenroom running smoothly behind the scenes.
